3-Hour Forest Bathing Sessions
Overview
This is not a hike, and there is no destination. It’s about arriving — in your body, in the moment, in the forest.
These 3-hour guided Forest Bathing sessions introduce your group to the evidence-based practice of Nature and Forest Therapy — a structured, sensory approach to slowing down, relieving stress, and reconnecting with the natural world.
Led by a certified guide, each session includes a land acknowledgment, opening circle, guided sensory invitations, and a closing tea ceremony. Participants leave with a foundational understanding of the practice and how it can support wellbeing in daily life.
